The journey continues thanks to the positive experiences with Coty Hart and the 2StrongFitness programs. Thru a great nutrition program and workout schedule I have reached my goal weight while keeping my desired muscle mass. Loving my Fruits and Vegetables, I don't miss the sugars feeling great!
